We could not manage without our volunteers. Volunteering with Prama is a particularly rewarding experience, working directly with members of our amazing community. If you could spare us a little time -  just a couple of hours a week or even a day now and again, that would really make a difference.
 

There are volunteering opportunities in our charity shops, at PramaLife clubs/groups or as a Befriender for our carers.

 

For our shops we ask for a minimum of 2 hours of volunteering a week, from sorting donations, tagging clothes, merchandising, putting out new stock on the shop floor – some volunteers do a morning shift or afternoon.
